Le Parisien is situated right on Geelong’s Waterfront and gives widespread views of Corio Bay. The building originally being an old boat shed still retains many of its original timber features, the main dining room is full of exposed timber beams and surrounded with large windows. Le Parisien also has a balcony, perfect for those long Sunday lunches in the sun. The main dining room has the capacity for seating up to 130 people as well as a full public address system making it perfect for weddings and functions, Le Parisien is also equipped with a private function room with a sit-down dining capacity of up to 40 people.

Le Parisien offers a new, soundproofed, private function room offering the latest technology. You will have access to a large Plasma screen, monitor ports for direct input from your laptop, DVD, a separate sound system, and internet connection.

Big enough to cater for up to 40 dining, 50 in a cocktail setting, or 60 "theatre style", your private room is perfect for breakfast meetings, business meetings, powerpoint presentations, medical presentations, birthdays, anniversaries, or small weddings. Anything is possible in your own room.

The space is also available for hire as a stand-alone meeting room.

Meals can be selected from our extensive menu or alternatively, a personalised menu can be designed to suit any budget.

The Lord Nelson is an iconic Geelong pub steeped in history and an old favourite among the locals. The relaxed elegance of the Montalto Restaurant is set in a striking and harmonious landscape building featuring rammed earth walls, timber frames and rough-hewn floor boards to blur the edges of inside and out, bringing the beauty of the outside in. Floor to ceiling windows take advantage of the breathtaking rural outlook of vines, olive groves, sculpture leading down to picturesque lakes and wetlands, with pasture, and a hint of the ocean as the backdrop.

The Montalto Restaurant is imbued with a provincial spirit, from a personal greeting at the front door to the food on the plate in front of you. Led by Head Chef Barry Davis, the kitchen serves food inspired by regional France, but anchored in the fresh seasonal produce of the estate and the Mornington Peninsula.

This includes Montalto's own expansive, organic herb and vegetable garden, fruit & nut orchard and berry garden to which chefs make daily visits, harvesting the best of the garden for use in the restaurant. The kitchen works with owner Wendy Mitchell to determine what is planted each season, bringing the chefs into greater connection with the growing season.

As part of the regional dining experience, the wine list offers selections from highly regarded Mornington Peninsula, Australian and international wineries, in addition to current and museum release estate wines.

Olivette Restaurant is located on Nepean Highway, Frankston.

Their menu offers a wide range of Italian and Pasta specialties such as Gnocchi Dolce, Barbabietola E Noce, Cotoletta Di Vitello and many more.
